Our Story

Hartnett Hayes Solicitors LLP was formed in 1999 by husband and wife legal team Cormac Hartnett and Louise Hayes.

A native of Mallow in Co Cork, Cormac Hartnett, BCL (HONS), is a law graduate of University College Cork. Cormac is a Mental Health lawyer, has a DIP in Judicial review, and Associate of Institute of Arbitration, and is a qualified refugee lawyer. Louise Hayes, B.COMM (HONS) from Navan in Co Meath, also a graduate of University College Cork.
Robert has recently joined our firm, a native of Crumlin in Dublin, a graduate of Trinity College in Law in Politics. He trained at a top tier commercial law firm in Dublin and has had exposure to, and has assisted on, some of the largest corporate and commercial transactions in the state. He has had experience in Employment law, Corporate Immigration law, Construction and Corporate M&A.

Our commitment to putting Your Needs First was reflected by the growth of our firm, which by 2008 had expanded from two solicitors to a multidisciplinary legal team of 15.
